NOZZLES:

□       3 - 1 ½” 3000# Full Collar (Gauging System)

MATERALS:

□       Plate: CSA G40.21M-300W (CSA G40.21-44W) or equivalent

□       Couplings: screwed, A-105, 3000# F.S. welded, A-234-WPB

□       Flanges: A-105, 150# RFSO

□       Structural: A-36 or A-53-B ERW pipe

□       Pipe: nozzles and Fire tube A-106-B pipe, internal risers A-53-B ERW pipe

TESTING:

□       Tank is air/soap leak tested to 24oz (16oz maximum design pressure x 1.5 on all tanks)

EXTERNAL FINISH:

□          Blast SSPC-SP6 Brush Blast

□          2” Urethane foam insulation with Elastomeric coating Black (Shell)
