This 30-inch vertical inlet separator from Bromley Mechanical Services Ltd. operates at a design pressure of 275 PSI, making it suitable for sweet service applications. It features a 10-foot length and is constructed for two-phase separation. The unit is housed within a 11-foot by 11-foot tan-colored self-framing building. The building includes two doors, one window, and a gable roof with a ridge vent, all mounted on an 11-foot structural steel skid with a checker plate floor. The separator is equipped with dual 24-inch by 48-inch Catadyne heaters, a Ruffneck FX4 electric glycol heater, and both interior and exterior lighting facilitated by switches and conduit. Additionally, it features an electric condensate pump, a 2-inch 150# x 3-inch 150# PSV, and a 10-inch 150# ANSI inlet and outlet. The sales gas piping includes a wafer check valve, and there's an electric level controller with a V-ball level control valve, along with a Penberthy 1Rl5 reflex sightglass.
